Tip 9 - Online Timer / Stopwatch

This week’s tip features a website that provides a free online timer and stopwatch. I just learned about this site last week from my colleague John Utech.

The stopwatch counts down to zero and the timer counts up from zero. I think both tools would be very handy for a variety of classroom and other situations.

Go to http://www.timeme.com/ and click to choose either the stopwatch or the timer. 
If you choose the stopwatch, the buttons are self-explanatory.  

If you choose the timer, click the Preferences link to set the desired time.
